
RUNNING LATE?
Sometimes things happen. We can all run late. Our practice understands this – that is why we do not charge you for missed appointments.
We value your time so highly that we do our utmost to stop you from ever having to wait for us. We pride ourselves on running on time. Sometimes we even run early! Ask our clients and they will tell you! Any of you who have been part of our practice family for any time would recognise how rarely we run behind schedule.
HOWEVER: If you run late, we are sure you will understand that in all likelihood we will have to reappoint you. That is how we keep our promise to all of our clients to be on time and value their time.
To not do so would make us run late for all of our clients, or make us cut corners, including your treatment. We will endeavour to find you the next available time so that your treatment is not delayed too much, but remember, if the problem is yours so are the consequences.
We are sorry we cannot see everybody whenever they wish, but that is how we value everyone’s time – all of our patients’.
MISSED AN APPOINTMENT?
If you have missed an appointment:
- Please call to schedule a new appointment.
- We will schedule your next appointment as soon as there is time available.
- This may be a matter of days or even weeks away depending upon your schedule and our bookings.
- Please be aware that missing an appointment will cause your treatment time to be lengthened. That is not a consequence. We cannot make up for lost time.
- If appointments are continually missed, treatment will in all likelihood be terminated, as we will be unable to provide the necessary level of care under these circumstances.
